Shakti Energy Healing Energy healing is a holistic practice that works with the body’s subtle energy systems to restore balance, promote well-being, and facilitate healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. You may have heard of qi or prana — this is the life force energy that flows through all living things in the Universe. When this energy moves freely and harmoniously, it supports optimal health and vitality. In my sessions, I channel Shakti energy, a powerful yet gentle healing energy I have intuitively developed. Although I am certified as a Level 3 Usui Reiki practitioner, Shakti energy feels distinct from Reiki — its essence is more feminine, nurturing, and deeply restorative. Clients often describe it as an “energy spa,” offering profound relaxation and alignment. What to Expect Every Shakti energy healing session is unique, as the energy will always work in the way that’s most aligned with your highest good. Many clients report sensations such as tingling, cold, warmth, pulsing, buzzing, or seeing colors and lights. Others describe feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, or energetically refreshed. Some of the feedback I’ve received includes: “It was like a brain massage.” “I felt like I was in an energy spa—a mix of a hot tub, massage, and sauna! It felt like tension was melting away, and my heart chakra opened up to release what no longer served me.” During your session, I may intuitively pick up on sensations or emotions as I work with your energetic body. How It Works Shakti energy is channeled remotely through the quantum field, allowing you to receive the full benefits of the session from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and include a tarot and/or oracle card reading to provide insight into the current energy of your situation.
