I’m Mei, and I love sparkly things! ✨🤩

I’ve spent a lifetime dimming my shine because I was afraid to stand out and be different. But deep down, I instinctively knew I had more to offer the world. I once had a BaZi (Chinese astrology) reading where I was described as ‘a piece of fine jewellery hidden in a wooden box’.

The wooden box obscuring me from view was my old traumas + conditioning, which led to:

❌a harsh inner critic that kept me from believing in myself (hello, imposter syndrome!)

❌codependent behaviour like people-pleasing and lack of boundaries

❌playing small and shape-shifting to fit in with the crowd

❌not loving and accepting myself

I thought I was safe, but hiding away in the shadows only made me feel broken and unfulfilled. Now I’m breaking out of my box and I’ve vowed to shine my light as bright as I can, to help others find their way out of the darkness.
