I’m Mei — founder of Alchemei Healing, soul purpose & spiritual life coach, energy healer, emotional alchemist, intuitive oracle, yin yoga teacher, and lifelong seeker of truth and beauty. But before any of that… I was a woman quietly unravelling in the shadows. I know what it feels like to live life in greyscale — moving through the world with a bright spirit dimmed by self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the ache of misalignment.
A BaZi reading once told me I was

"a piece of fine jewellery hidden in a wooden box."

That box was built from trauma and conditioning that taught me to hide.

My deep sensitivity was discouraged. I learned to shape-shift to survive — to be anything but “too much.” I outsourced my voice, my decisions, my power.
I became a master at looking put together… while quietly crumbling inside.
Entangled in codependent, toxic relationships, I dimmed my inner shine until I could barely recognise myself.
Then came the reckoning.
After a much-needed wake-up call, I walked away from a nine-year relationship and began the long, sacred process of remembering who I truly was.
I dyed my hair. I travelled solo. I made decisions just for me.
And with each brave step, my joy, voice, power, and presence returned.
THEN CAME MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING: I REALISED I AM NOT SEPARATE FROM THE DIVINE — I AM DIVINE. HUMAN DESIGN, ASTROLOGY, TAROT, REIKI, THE AKASHIC RECORDS — THEY WEREN’T JUST TOOLS.

THEY WERE PORTALS REFLECTING MY TRUTH.

I started coaching a friend ‘by accident’.
Seeing others shift from dimmed to radiant,

stuck to sovereign, lit me up with so much joy that I knew:
